Welcome back to my wonderful regulars at the best supper club in town! Thanks for being part of it! And don't forget: if you're new here, I share a BRAND NEW meal plan each week, with the full shopping list, all the recipes, and plenty of tips and tricks from me!

This week, dinner kicks off in Vietnam with a fresh, zingy prawn ball bun cha inspired noodle salad, then heads to Germany for a smoky sausage, white bean and spinach stew (a little taste of my German roots). Midweek is a big warming bowl of dumpling, miso and crispy tofu soup, followed by crispy polenta cakes with a fried egg and chilli garlic oil, and we finish in Korea with a spicy gochujang peanut egg curry. WOW, we are going round the world! This is what I love about meal planning: you can make things so different with all the same ingredients!

Eggs are a big feature this week, binding the prawn balls, crumbing the polenta, fried on top of it, and taking centre stage in the curry. I LOVE eggs; they are such a great food. I even have some artwork that was made for me about my love of eggs! Hahah

This week, we're making sure any leftovers from last week get used up, along with things we've bought and put in the freezer. If you're new here, you might not know this, but I hate things going to waste. So a weekly meal plan around here will always use everything up and use things you might already have. Have a look in the freezer and the fridge before you shop.

Tip of the week

If you can, shop in person. I know online is convenient, but sometimes things the website says aren't available are sitting right there on the shelf when I get to the shop. The vermicelli noodles in-store were also a brand $2 cheaper than anything online, and they didn't even show them on the website. Shopping in person will always save you a dollar or two.

BUT if you do shop online and live in NZ, use this extension: www.pricepulse.co.nz

It shows you all the prices and compares the supermarkets around you, so you can see if you can get it cheaper anywhere else.

This is not a sponsored post. I just love the work these guys are doing, plus it means we can save some money! So get it on your computer. Plus, you get a cool little broccoli with a shopping trolley to help you!

Paid members get the full meal plan below, including the shopping list, prep notes, printable recipes, and all Week 3 downloads.
