Kitchen Alchemy with Del from Dishes with Del
Join me for a hands-on workshop and discover how to transform garden produce, “sad” vegetables, and leftovers into absolutely delicious, seasonal dishes. In this interactive session, you’ll cook four recipes together, pick up simple techniques to make the most of ingredients at home, and even create your own jar of lacto-fermented vegetables to take home.
