As you can see, even at just 4 years old, I was already bursting with excitement at the thought of a delicious meal or snack!
I spent the first decade of my career working in some of London’s top restaurants, including Angela Hartnett at The Connaught and The Ivy, honing skills and techniques that are now second nature to me—and that I’ll pass on to you. From there, I traveled the world, cooking in private homes in the Swiss Alps and immersing myself in new flavors and cuisines across continents.
Fast forward a few decades, and not much has changed—food is still at the heart of my daily life. My mornings usually start with one question: What’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? This passion fuels my drive to share my love for cooking with you, along with the skills and know-how I’ve gained over the years.
